Toros Harvest Food & Beverage Inc., nestled in the rich soils of Adanalıoğlu, Mersin, is a family-run company dedicated to organic, hands-on farming. Across 90 ha of chemical-free orchards and a 200 m² vertical basil garden, every step—from planting and hand-weeding to harvesting and natural compost fertilization—is carried out with care. Guided by our zero-waste philosophy and deep respect for nature, we bring the freshest, purest flavors straight from our fields to your table.
Our Story
Toros Harvest Food & Beverage Inc. began as a humble family citrus orchard nestled at the foot of the Toros Mountains.
From the very first orange tree planted by our grandparents, we’ve nurtured the land with care—hand-weeding, composting, and picking each fruit at peak ripeness. Inspired by this legacy, we added a vertical basil garden in a sheltered courtyard, extending our commitment to pure, chemical-free produce.
Today, every harvest still reflects our family’s enduring bond with the soil and our promise to bring nature’s freshest flavors straight to your table.
